Small so get there early .Indoor pool gets rammed , esp on a cloudy day. We didn't eat elsewhere. The campsite was really clean, the shower blocks looked good and the pools were clean (if overcrowded). It cheers the staff on, and encourages us to welcome each customer in a good way, every day. Excellent time and very safe and secure lots of nice people on site and friendly. The weather was fab for 7 out of 10 days. Our son summed our visit up when he said, "The best holiday ever!".

All the team wishes you a nice day. Be prepared for everything to shut from September 1 st.There is lovely countryside around, a local town to go and have a local beer. This was booked through the Sun Newspaper £30 each holidays.£30 x 4 + £49 for cleaning, passes etc._ £170.We went end of August for one week, stayed in a mobile home belonging to Keycamp/Eurocamp.Excellent value. We met Sam our Rep who was very welcoming, she was polite and very helpful- we had some issues with linen and she sorted it out immediately.

We just don't realise how hard these people work to give us a good holiday with brilliant memories. There is so much to do on this site. We arrived just before 3 and were told our cabin was not ready. Chateau Des Ormes is a huge campsite with excellent facilities however it was very loud at night (the disco & MC could be clearly heard at the far end of the vast campsite). Instead, it takes you through the village Epiniac, but Domaine des Ormes is some 3 or 4 kilometres away from Epiniac and can only be found using signs. I’ve travelled with Canvas before, and will again - however, be aware that the mobile homes on site here do not have handrails if you have mobility issues! the whole site was very noisy with lots of British and tour companies which seemed to be trying to outdo each other !every afternoon about 4 they played loud music in the pool area and everyone was meant to join in with dancing great if you like "agadoo and gangham style " on repeat for 2 hours! We were politely guided to the reception for the campsite and was met by a lady who said we could not check in yet as our rep was not around, which is a bit off putting when you have just driven 457 kilometres.

Outdoor pool with slides nice, be prepared for life guards ( well one) , not to really pay attention and be on their phones a lot. It is a great location if the weather is good and for touring around the local area. End of August , first week of September. Bit lots of slides , yet Small and outdated. There are no buses to and from the place, so if on foot like we were, you can get a taxi for about 16 € to Dol de Bretagne station and then a train to Dinan and at Malo which was cheap. A mixture of feelings about this site. There was no 'show round' of the accommodation or welcome briefing, and in less than one minute the Rep dashed off.

Lots of space between homes on Palm Beach area. We're open tomorrow from 9am-5pm UK based friendly Holiday Advisors. There was a fight on one occasion! For £11.40 it was a no brainer as it could not be worse than the first one. After visiting villages and attractions and purchasing ice creams between 3 and 4 euros we found that the super U ice cream was quality at 1.99 a tub and rich in variety. The place we had was awful to put it nicely. Never had to...We went last week of August and had a really great time (the weather was pleasant and it rained at night so bonus for daytime!). This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of English in Canada. Luckily we did not have to wait long. or went to Hyper U in Combourg or sightseeing locally. My only issues were lack of hanging space in shower cubicle and cobwebs could be cleaned away more frequently.

As miserable as ever, never a smile and determined not to understand a single word of English.I think apart from the golf, pitch and put not proper golf, there is little or nothing for the over sixteen’s but it remains an ideal place for younger children, but you need deep pockets as the prices reflect that they have a captive audience. HiThank you for your recent review of your holiday with us to Chateau des Ormes.I'm sorry to learn your mobile home was not up to our usual standard and I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave your comments which will be used in order to improve the service which we provide. If there is anything else you would like to add please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected] Regards, the Al Fresco team. Although the areas had cars, they were controlled. I have 2 boys 9 and 13 and each year we have been something else appeals to them. The site is located in a main road so is dead easy to find.

Our canvas tent was clean, well aired with plenty of warm blankets if needed (we didn't) and we loved the deck of cards we were given - we taught the boys a new game and spent every evening together playing after dinner. Negative is that we had to be out of the first cabin by 10 and it was gone 3 before we were in the new one. Please see our partners for more details.

In order to find it easily, we suggest our customer using Sat Nav to enter the place "Le Pont Melin" - village "Bonnemain", zip code "35270". Mont Dol is definitely worth a trip. The on site shops, bars and café were good and not expensive (although a main shop at a hypermarket off-site can save you a few bob).

Instead, it takes you through the village Epiniac, but Domaine des Ormes is some 3 or 4 kilometres away from Epiniac and can only be found using signs. Site well maintained and good base for seeing Brittany. We went out of season but the restaurants where good but a little pricey. As we had 3 children under 5 years old this was a real problem for us.

The main site is, however the pool areas are not. Think ice cream headache from a swimming pool. To our surprise when we arrived we had been allocated two side by side which was a bonus as in previous years notes on bookings did not mean anything and you went where you were told. The camp has expanded upon any recollection with some of the original holiday companies now no longer there. The accommodation was located in a quiet area, clean and prepped with everything we asked for. Continue your visit to www.tripadvisor.co.uk. That’s not really acceptable especially as we had to pay for an upgrade. You will be staying at a very clean, well kept and loved by the children park if you did decide to book.Bon voyage ! After the new pool area and with some of the other companies accommodations on site it will be great but not through eurocamp again, I won't risk it....More. As there were 4 of us we did not make use of the bar and entertainment each night like we had planned. Hello.

We hope you've had a nice stay at Les Ormes nevertheless. There is something for everybody amongst the vast list of activities available yet it is still a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful environment. However do note that we found out most things closed after Sunday the 2nd sept. My concerns were the lack of supervision by staff and by parents. Kids/teenagers were doing some dangerous stunts in the pool eventually staff intervened!

Indoor pool warmer but busy, especially on cloudy days, slides etc are a little small and outdated for older kids but new pool area under construction looks like it will be fabulous. Golf course, horse riding and sports facilities all available. I asked about a refund in April for my May holiday and was told I would loose my deposit, they said if the holiday was cancelled by them they would offer a full refund .

We hope you've had a nice stay at Les Ormes nevertheless. So take your own stuff, there are bbq’s and you can get charcoal from the Spa for 7 € . Every man in his childhood dreams of building a magnificent treehouse in his parents garden and sleeping in it. more. I would advise some back up source for those who may be arriving later as we found the area to be poorly lighted in certain areas at night. 26 euros paint balling etc were considerably expensive for our family as we have four children when you are looking at 4*26 and then the zip wire we went through 200 euros quite easily in one day simply on paid activities for the children on the establishment.
